Ah - yeah, I did Vash once as well, and actually had a friend questing with me. And now that I think about it... I'd still STARTED at Hyjal, just hadn't gone too far.

Bottom line: start at Hyjal! You need to get through there to get your chores (uhhh, I mean dailies) in the Molten Front started and done.
