Jokes apart, it's not unbalancing, would allow players more variety, and potentially even reduce queue times for the less played sets. If a character qualifies for more than one set of random heroics, I see no reason to keep him from queuing for all of them at the same time, the same way we can queue for multiple non-random dungeons.
