I like most of the changes, but the Wind Shear does make me frown. I'm resto and I'm often assigned to interrupting in our 10-man. Our interrupters are a warrior, me, and the two tanks(bear and pally.) The rest of the group: two mages, a warlock, a hunter, a resto druid, and a priest. I understand having a resto shaman running around spam healing and interrupting every six seconds is pretty overpowered, but it still stings to have it jacked up to 25 seconds.

Checking in as another Resto Shammy who uses Wind Shear frequently in my casual guild's 10-man raids and in 5-man dungeons. I know we're in there to heal people, but having the ability to mitigate some of that incoming damage is nice. This will also certainly require a strategy change on some of our raid encounters (assuming we don't quit doing them when 4.3 drops).
