No, chain lightning didn't always have this graphic. Until Wrath, it was pretty much a blue-white bar that made corners at mobs, kinda like a thinner, bluer chain heal, IIRC.

I'm just wondering if Wrath and Lightning Bolt are going to remain recolors, or if they're getting separate new graphics.
