Its been known for a little while that the daggers wouldn't let you fly. Several days ago, a Spanish Blue posted (roughly translated) "the wings are only aesthetic," meaning no flying. Least they can slowfall (which meshes with the first picture, as the rogue in it is in a falling pose, not a hovering one).
