I'd recommend GTFO to everyone.

Essentially you get a klaxon sound if you are standing in things you shouldn't be. Great for DPS with tunnel vision, focussed triaging healers and tanks that can't see anything through the visual effects and mobs.

GTFO is amazing, especially when you can't see ground AOEs because of other ground effects, or just the terrain design. (Or for those awesome spells that extend beyond their animation--GG there, design team.)

The one weak point of GTFO is that its alerts can only be sounds. However, when I was looking for something to recommend to a deaf player, I was informed that GTFO can be routed through Power Auras or WeakAuras--so keep that in mind if you're someone who can't use or doesn't like audio alerts!
