One word - Flump.I'm surprised you didn't mention it for use in the raid finder, since you're the one who clued me in to it on a previous Spotlight. This little widget is absolutely invaluable to our raid group, since it standardizes what exactly is being called, and the raid leader can be the one announcing it in specially colored text. For the raid finder it seems like keeping track of all the tank's and healer's CDs in one simple location would be infinitely more valuable than having umpteen different Raeli's configurations. Also, I hate Raeli's spam announcer - interrupt/dispel announcing is only good for troubleshooting certain raid encounters, and only if you're having problems with them. At all other times it just seems like "Hey, listen! I did something! Love me now!" as if we didn't get enough of that with pugs. And it clogs up my chat log, which I'm watching for tank/healer CDs from Flump and DBM text. Unfortunately it seems that only announcing rupts/dispels is the default scheme for some common packaged UI, maybe Elv's. Everything that I'd want Raeli's to do, Flump does out of the box, and it does it raid-wide.
