I also wanted to echo the previous poster's comment about raid leading for your friends. Wiping is part of raiding if the encounters are remotely challenging. When the encounters cease to be "dangerous" enough that wiping is only a remote possibility, then it's just boring.
That's what happened with the massive nerfs to T11 content plus the easy access to T11 gear. Our alts raid was suddenly in the position of mostly not being geared enough to do reasonably well in FL, but T11 content was faceroll easy and quite boring. Of course, the normal mode FL nerfs were bad enough that our alts raid went from 3/7 on their first time in FL pre-nerf to 6/7 on their 2nd time in FL post-nerf, with a couple people including a tank who had never even been in the instance on that post-nerf run.
So if you're unsure of trying raid leading for your friends, now is the time. Post-nerf FL is really easy up through Majordomo Staghelm. If your group is pretty new or doesn't know the fights, you still have the opportunity to wipe, but it's really pretty easy now.
