I have two main problems with the new wrath animation. The first one is how much it looks like a holy spell. I totally agree with Vael that it looks too much like a prayer of mending, just less cool. The second thing that bothers me is how weak it looks, it's like throwing fairy tickling dust to enemies.
Sunfire has a nice yellow/orange coloring that makes it look like a solar spell without looking like a holy spell at all.
