Also Basil, I believe the ptr contains the new maelstrom shatter spell. Will heavenly shards be a part of that? Either way should we stockpile maelstrom since they're pretty cheap right meow?

between you and me the supply is so plentiful from ZA/ZG that i'm avoiding that quagmire altogether.

and if those maelstroms can be broken up, it's going to lead to a dump of heavenly shards as well.

Enchanters and those needing enchantments alike should just generally rejoice over this change. It is glorious and magnificent. There's no longer a need to run regular Heroics for heavenly shards.

On the same note, if all heroics are lumped into the same queue - like it is on the ptr - you may end up getting those heavenly shards anyways.

Aww that's going to ruin my gold making =(

I've been able to make Heavenly Shards for about 50-60g each for the past few months and sell at 100g minimum. Guess I need to make 1 last push on it before the patch.
