The first time my guild downed Al'Akir, the shoulder token dropped. I was pissed that the other hunter got it, (I had been a regular raider in our guild for quite some time and this was his first time with us.) even though he was in the 340s and I was at 358. For the next couple of weeks, I felt so bad about my reaction, even though no one knew about that reaction.
