Let's do another weekend where I play new music I like for you. Here's the opening track from Foster the People's debut album Torches.
Andre asked:
My account was hacked yesterday and banned earlier today for exploitative use of the economy. I've never bought gold or powerleveling services, nor have I ever bought and account or character. I submitted a ticket to Blizz. Will I be able to get my account back?
I saw in the comments that this problem is already solved, but here's an answer for posterity. "Economy exploitation" is the blanket term used when an account is used for illicit purposes, such as selling gold or spamming ads. It's normally the result of an account compromise. Just appeal the closure through the normal channels, and you should be fine.
Bonk asked:
Do you think the designer who made the Paladin PvP S11 armour set played a little too much Darksiders and wanted to re-create War in WoW? The first thing that popped into my head when I saw the armour set was "That looks like War."
Hell no, dude. It bears maybe a passing resemblance to War, but I'll tell you what it really is: the visual aesthetic from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in armor form.
That said, of course, Joe Madureira has always had a Warcraft-y style to his work (Ludo Lullabi seems to be in that same school as well), so there's bound to be some cross-pollination here and there.
Kurash asked:
First, I promise that this is not a "Justice Point Conversion" question! However, I can't remember hearing if the current tier of Valor Point-purchasable items will once again become available for Justice Points.
So: Will items that are currently available from the Valor Point vendor become purchasable for Justice Points once the patch hits?
That's how things work now, yes.
Stephanie asked:
If a mage at level 85 conjures Mana Cake, and gives it to a level 34, will it become a Mana Cookie? Or is there no way for higher levels to produce low level vittles since spell levels went away.
It'll stay a Mana Cake, meaning the level 34 player couldn't use it. Unfortunately, mages have no way of conjuring food lower than their current tier.

Tailoring Recipe: Silken Top Hat
PLEASE!
Sintra E'Drien of the Ebon Blade, né Sindorei (NEEDS a Top Hat)

Wowhead has a bunch of tooltips/icons for new recipes including a mess of gem cuts.
Caz Sep 30th 2011 11:50AM
I was very excited when I heard that there were supposed to be a bunch of new crafting recipes. Frankly, the list so far is unimpressive. Four tailoring items? Really? That all require some sort of raid drop and that will probably themsleves be raid drops? I'd be happier and actually interested if there were 12 or 15 new tailoring patterns varying in iLevel from 359 to 378 instead of four patterns I'll likely never actaully craft.

Has anyone spotted the Nozdormu and Murozond relation? Anyone speculated on it yet? Anne and Rossi should put on the Tin Foil Hats.
Bellajtok Sep 30th 2011 11:16AM
Yes. Everyone has noticed that Murozond is an anagram of Nozdormu. I've been patient with this, but really, this question is starting to get more annoying than Valor/Justice ones.
Daniel Whitcomb Sep 30th 2011 11:23AM
There's not really a hat to put on. The End Time dungeon explains it pretty well.
llcjay2003 Sep 30th 2011 11:31AM
@ Bellajtok: No, the VP/JP questions are still more annoying. However, they are almost to the point where they are ironic and thus sort of humorous again. It will be short-lived, but enjoy it while you can.
Inexorability Sep 30th 2011 11:44AM
There's not much to speculate about when Murozond's Dungeon Journal entry comes right out and says it:
"Murozond is the evil version of Nozdormu. (Note the letters are Nozdormu's name reordered. That's how you know he's evil.)"
Suzaku Sep 30th 2011 11:57AM
We already got confirmation from Twilight of the Aspects that Nozdormu becomes the Lord of the Infinite in one of the wrong timeways, resulting from manipulation by the Old Gods.
The End Time instance confirms that Murozond (Lord of the Infinite) is an incarnation of Nozdormu that, in his alternate timeline, was able to change the past and ensure that the bleak future would come to pass.
After defeating Murozond, Nozdormu gives a cryptic message basically indicating that it's his eventual fate to become corrupted and defeated by heroes in an endless cycle.

Sweet baby Thrall! By Jove you've only done and gone solved the biggest Mystery in all of Azeroth!
Do you want a Scooby Snak?

Will noticing that Murozond is an anagram of Nozdormu affect my JP/VP conversions in 4.3?
Antonius.Prime Sep 30th 2011 12:55PM
@Amaxe: You'll be able to convert them into Murozond Dollars, which will be worth 10 British Pounds once he kidnaps their Queen!
:P
Mahram Sep 30th 2011 2:48PM
I have to wonder if his defeat as Murozond is the death that was shown to him by the Titans, or if he will eventually 'die' in another timeline.

What happened to "About the Bloggers" on Weds? I know there are more than 5 of you on staff.
eel5pe Sep 30th 2011 11:39AM
They explained this in an earlier queue- when there isn't an "about-the-bloggers" on Weds, it's because the person slotted to go that week missed his deadline or declined to post.
loop_not_defined Sep 30th 2011 11:54AM
I thought it was established that (cutaia) and MattKrotzer ghost-wrote everything. Did WoW Insider retcon that?
MattKrotzer Sep 30th 2011 11:58AM
It's Brian's turn. Talk to him.

This morning, I queued as healer for heroics on my pally alt. After the first pull in GB, the group told me to leve or they would kick me because my gear sucked, my pally is 342 equipped, which is plenty to heal heroics in. (On my disc priest, I've been healing heroics since everyone was 330 or so) I've had similar occurrences happen to me, my friends, and pugs. My question is has anyone else noticed a rise in hostility in the LFD recently, or have I just had a bunch bad luck in my groups?
TimR Sep 30th 2011 11:21AM
I had a very similar thing happen a month ago. I just came back to the game after an 8 month break, and queued for a random heroic with like a 344 item level. I was immediately asked why my gear sucked, told them I just came back to the game. The guy tells me that if anyone dies at all, I'm getting kicked. I healed them through standing in fire, and other idiocy, and no one died. My advice is to just ignore the idiots, don't voluntarily leave. If you get kicked, just reque, it's quick.
Bellajtok Sep 30th 2011 11:29AM
Sigh... hostility towards healers depresses me. Worse, it's sometimes justified. But in your case, it definitely was not. Some groups are certainly better than others, but we're at a point where a lot of alts are going through those dungeons, and people don't have much patience for undergeared players, because they want to be done as fast as possible.
