Let's do another weekend where I play new music I like for you. Here's the opening track from Foster the People's debut album Torches.
Andre asked:
My account was hacked yesterday and banned earlier today for exploitative use of the economy. I've never bought gold or powerleveling services, nor have I ever bought and account or character. I submitted a ticket to Blizz. Will I be able to get my account back?
I saw in the comments that this problem is already solved, but here's an answer for posterity. "Economy exploitation" is the blanket term used when an account is used for illicit purposes, such as selling gold or spamming ads. It's normally the result of an account compromise. Just appeal the closure through the normal channels, and you should be fine.
Bonk asked:
Do you think the designer who made the Paladin PvP S11 armour set played a little too much Darksiders and wanted to re-create War in WoW? The first thing that popped into my head when I saw the armour set was "That looks like War."
Hell no, dude. It bears maybe a passing resemblance to War, but I'll tell you what it really is: the visual aesthetic from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in armor form.
That said, of course, Joe Madureira has always had a Warcraft-y style to his work (Ludo Lullabi seems to be in that same school as well), so there's bound to be some cross-pollination here and there.
Kurash asked:
First, I promise that this is not a "Justice Point Conversion" question! However, I can't remember hearing if the current tier of Valor Point-purchasable items will once again become available for Justice Points.
So: Will items that are currently available from the Valor Point vendor become purchasable for Justice Points once the patch hits?
That's how things work now, yes.
Stephanie asked:
If a mage at level 85 conjures Mana Cake, and gives it to a level 34, will it become a Mana Cookie? Or is there no way for higher levels to produce low level vittles since spell levels went away.
It'll stay a Mana Cake, meaning the level 34 player couldn't use it. Unfortunately, mages have no way of conjuring food lower than their current tier.

http://wow.joystiq.com/2011/09/29/patch-4-3-raid-finder-feature-preview/
"Q. Will I be locked to a raid I join through the Raid Finder?
A. Since the Raid Finder only offers access exclusively to a specially tuned version of the Dragon Soul raid instance, instance locks will not be enforced for that version. Instance locks will still be enforced for the normal and heroic versions of the raid."
Shinae Sep 30th 2011 11:34AM
They are separate, and you won't be locked out of your regular raid.
TimR Sep 30th 2011 11:43AM
Yes, but that does not answer the question of eligibility for loot. Once you do a boss on the Raid Finder, you are no longer eligible for their loot that week. I want to make sure that does not carry over to non-Raid Finder raids.
TimR Sep 30th 2011 11:47AM
This is what I find vague:
"Also, while Dungeon Finder raids aren't locked, you are only eligible for loot from a boss once per week. This means that if you were present for the defeat of a boss, whether you receive loot or not, then you will automatically pass on loot that drops during later attempts on that boss during the same week."
Killik Sep 30th 2011 11:58AM
"Since instance locks aren’t in play, Raid Finder raids could provide a way for dedicated raiders to... fill gaps in their itemization" from the same article. The implication is that Normal-mode raiders will be able to get loot from LFR *after* their scheduled raid.
Fweet Sep 30th 2011 12:11PM
I get the impression that the "loot-lock" will only apply to drops off bosses downed in raids formed through the Raid Finder. We will be able to kill the same boss multiple times per week, in different RF raids, but we won't be eligible for loot after the first kill.
Guild/alt/pug raids formed without the RF will likely stay the way they are right now and the two won't really interact.
Nacirema Sep 30th 2011 12:10PM
The vague part you are referring to is intended to allow people who drop from a LFR group after 2 bosses to join a group later in the week. They can still participate in the kill of those two bosses, but can't get loot from them. I believe the blue post was quite clear that the LFR group is ENTIRELY separate from Reg and Heroic Raids. Since it is entirely separate then you will still be able to receive loot from reg or heroic kills even after killing a boss or clearing the entire raid in a LFR group.
The decision to not lock you from a boss after it is killed in LFR will also, as described in the blue post, allow raids having difficulty with certain mechanics the opportunity to practice that mechanic multiple times in a week.

Thanks for the responses. Killik, upon re-reading the section you quoted from, that does seem to be a pretty clear indication that you can do both.

This may be a noob question, but why are some friendly's nametags blue and others green?
Bellajtok Sep 30th 2011 11:30AM
This has been bothering me for a while. I'm glad you asked.
llcjay2003 Sep 30th 2011 11:34AM
Green usually means PvP tagged. Blue means PvP is turned off. However, on quests like the one in Sethria's roost, the companion NPCs for an opposing faction's player do not show any nameplates if they are not flagged for PvP. This has made it a pain in the ass for Alliance players to spot Thassarian for the achievement.
Rylka Sep 30th 2011 11:44AM
I believe those players with green tags are flagged for PVP (player-vs.-player), meaning they can attack and be attacked by players of the opposite faction on a PVE (player-vs.environment) server. Normally opposite faction players cannot harm each other on a PVE server.
Red name tags = opposite faction
Green name tags = same faction flagged for PVP
Blue name tags = same faction but not flagged for PVP (and thus cannot attack/be attacked by players of the other faction on a PVE server)
You can become flagged for PVP by deliberately choosing that option on a drop down menu under your character. You can also get flagged by engaging in PVP activities like attacking an opposite faction NPC or guard or by entering an active PVP zone like a battleground.
If you are flagged PVP by the game and not by choosing it yourself, the flag will wear off is you go 5 minutes without engaging opposite faction targets. You can also wipe the flag immediately by making it to a fly point and taking a taxi.
If any of the above is incorrect, hopefully someone will chime in and correct it. Hope that helps.
Noyou Sep 30th 2011 11:54AM
Red name tags only pop up for hostile mobs or enemy PvP if you are flagged. If you are not flagged for PvP and they are, they will be yellow. Otherwise opposite faction players are blue as well.
ravyncat Sep 30th 2011 2:02PM
Also, just because you said you were new.
If you see nametage on players that are yellow this means they are opposite faction and are PvP flagged. If you attack them you will become flagged for PvP as well.
The first time I saw this was some raid in the Exodar when I was very very new. I was completely confused by the yellow tags and had no clue what they meant. XD
I didn't even realize they were Horde and were attacking the city until I asked my guildies what yellow meant. >.>;;

I don't really expect this to be answered in the queue... but maybe via comments?
Is there a place where I can find Diablo 3 info that is as good as WoWInsider?
If you remember your SAT stuff:
WoW:Diablo 3 :: WoWInsider:???
Noyou Sep 30th 2011 11:56AM
Is this going to be the new VP/JP question?
Amaxe Sep 30th 2011 12:47PM
How will my VP/JP conversions work on Diablo 3?
Drakkenfyre Sep 30th 2011 11:19PM
http://diablo.incgamers.com is as close as you are going to get.
It looks like the evolution of DiabloII.net, which was it's own fan site (and one of the most popular one) in the day.
It's not exact, but that's because it's not "Diablo Insider".
Nick Sep 30th 2011 11:33AM
when 4.3 comes can you transmog the random dungeon finder into epic gems?
Shinae Sep 30th 2011 11:36AM
Ow, that hurt my brain. XD
