This new tier is going to be perfect for my elemental shaman on AoE fights...with that amount of mastery plus some nice chunk of haste the mobs will become moving Tesla Coils!!!But I am pretty certain that it will be nerfed somehow,because I can't remember any class AoE to be mana efficient...

Now all I need is some dark robes,and a macro to yell:"Power...Unlimited power"...
Too bad shamans can't use http://www.wowhead.com/item=1728...
