Looks like the Blasted Lands... the Rise of something-something, or whatnot. It's where you have to stand on the rune and it teleports you to the top to summon and then battle a huge demon. The original quest chain started in Swamp of Sorrows, I think, and led to the demon hunter hanging out in a cave on Azshara's shores, which then led to the Blasted Lands and the top of the plateau shown in the screenshot. The quest chain has been modified since Cataclysm to take place entirely in the Blasted Lands, now.
At least, I think that's what this is. Someone with a better memory might be able to describe it better. lol
