Divine Aegis hasn't been a soap bubble since 4.2 hit. It looks exactly the same as Power Word: Shield right now, which sucks (because you can't see both at the same time).

Tranquillity *is* the resto druid raid cooldown. Barrier, Tranquillity, Spirit Link Totem, Aura Mastery and now the new holy Divine Hymn are all roughly equivalent in use, all have a 3 minute cooldown, etc. Previously, holy priests were the only healing spec that didn't have a raid cooldown whatsoever.

The change to Atonement is just too late. It was an alternative to Heal in tier 11 that didn't work at all on some bosses like Al'Akir, but was nice when there was a damage boost such as Halfus or Arcanotron (of which there were none in Firelands) but really, who uses Heal as their main spell any more?

The changes to Hymn of Hope and Circle of Healing look like they will be more useful to 25 man holy priests and less useful to 10 man. In 10 man, only hitting 3 targets with hymn wasn't really an issue because you were probably going to hit the healers with most of those ticks, because there just aren't that many other mana users, while for Circle of Healing you're more likely to have 6 people in range of each other in 25 man. Glyph of Circle of Healing is now less than worthless in 5 mans and whenever you don't actually hit that extra target in a raid. More holy priests being pushed out of 10 man raiding it seems, where they were already few and far between.


Also, the set is *clearly* based on the movie Kingdom of Heaven.


I like the 4 set disc, with rapture, but as the set is token drops I can pretty much bet I'll never get it. Done full firelands (up to 6/7 hc pre nerf) every week since 4.2 hit, and we have still *never* had a shoulder Conqueror token drop, and only 3 helm tokens.
