So, since Disc priests can cast Divine Hymn, does this bonus just explicitly not work for Disc priests, even though it's the same spell? It doesn't say anything about that...

Ya know, that's an interesting point. Presumably it shouldn't activate the bonus for a disc priest, but the tooltip suggests that it would. If it did, a disc priest could activate and immediately cancel their divine hymn to get an additional 10 second bonus. But after the first boost to Divine Hymn (affecting 5 targets instead of 3), it would be a waste of the cooldown, and if they channel the spell completely they'd only get 2 seconds of the bonus anyway.
