I haven't actually touched these dungeons yet, it is my goal to tank a bear run, because I want my damn bear. I was too newbish and unwilling to seek a better raiding guild to get it the first time around, I want to get it goddammit. So, when I'm tanking that shit, we're doing all the bosses, don't like it, you can drop.

If you want it, you can ask the group nicely. If not, you'll get no heals from me.

To be honest, if you haven't been good enough to even enter the T2 Heroics, then you aren't the kind of tank that can afford to make demands on a group like that. A T12 geared tank who doesn't actually need a healer for the bosses in ZA, sure, you can drag a group wherever you want. But someone who can't hack it now? No one's going to follow you. You need to learn your place.

You'd better get in that dungeon *now*.

Do what I plan to do. Get a few people geared up in the new heroics/JP/LFR and run it as a guild. Try to take the same people and run it every day or so until everyone can run it in their sleep. At some point, your team will run through it like a fine tuned machine with minimal mistakes. If you have enough in the guild, you should be able to get multiple groups going. Once your core group(s) have the bear, start rolling in alts and other guildies one at a time.

@Shatto.a I always ask the group beforehand. What sucks is when people are totally silent, or rude, which sadly, I've gotten a lot of in the past (with LFD, not the oldskool way). I'm excited, not a dbag.@Killik Shit! how long do you think I've got? I could probably do it in a couple of months, with the right people (schedules and playstyles and ironing out the kinks), ideally. But I think that is probably the shortest. As much as I love wow, I don't have the same amount of time to commit to it that I used to. Certainly not as much as I want.@ V Magius That is more or less the plan. I would really love to get a group interested in working it all out. I know a few people who would love to join me, but we still do not a full group make. I don't think I could pull it off in a pug, I know that people have, but I'm not really planning on raiding (much if any at all), so I don't have as large of a pool of gear to work with. But I think that is a very good suggestion.
