Hour of Twilight
When the PTRs come back up, the Hour of Twilight dungeon will be available for testing on the PTR. This is actually the third of the three dungeons. Well of Eternity will become available soon.
The dungeon is still a work in progress, with VO, Quests, and early Dungeon Journal drafts in place.
There is also a known bug that will make the run back to the third encounter unintentionally long if you wipe. This should be fixed in a later PTR build.

Oh wow I just got offered a celestial steed by wow because I was subscribed to the WoW Magazine! The e-mail subject is "World of Warcraft Official Magazine Closure Thank-you Gift‏".
How I know it's real and not spam? I didn't click any links in the e-mail but headed over to the eu.battle.net site myself and went over to the redemption page and filled in the code got in the e-mail and it works!

You dit the right thing alway check the battle.net site, never use the links in the mail.
There was news a week ago orsomething about the magazine ending and people getting their money returned throught pets and mounts etc.
