Breakfast Topic: Which WoW Insider column would you like to guest write?

I know, this topic was already addressed in The Queue, but let's ignore that for the moment. Someone at WoW Insider gets sick/has a baby/is trapped in Azeroth due to a bad writing plot, and the site visitors are needed to save the day. What column do you think you could handle?
Personally, I think I could step in for Officers' Quarters or Drama Mamas (Drama Daddy for me, I suppose). I always end up dealing with the social aspects of WoW, especially the ones that require hard choices and hurt feelings. Gold Capped might be something I could handle, depending on the timing. I've helped a good amount of folks learn how to stop losing money on the AH (and no, I'm not just telling them to ignore their alts). I normally sit in my chair nodding when I read these articles, and I often point my fellow players to them if we've had a similar situation come up in which one of the articles comes to a similar conclusion we discussed.
What column do you think you could fill in for at WoW Insider? Can you take the reins from Alex Ziebert and be the WoW Archivist for day? Fill in for Michael Grey and post a winner for WoW Moviewatch? Or maybe you, like Michael Sacco, have some connections and can conduct the interviews for Ask a Faction Leader?

I'd be happy just to write the breakfast topic. But frankly I'd not be allowed to after writing several angry childish letters to AOL regards their Seed system.
MattKrotzer Oct 5th 2011 8:30AM
I'm tempted to write an angry letter to them as well, since their system updates caused two of my story submissions to drift off into the ether, unable to be accepted or declined...
Jamie Oct 5th 2011 8:33AM
Now that they've ticked off Krotzer, I see something getting done about this Seed-y business. Mwahahahaaa...
Nobody out Krotzer in the corner!
Jamie Oct 5th 2011 8:35AM
Okay nerf that last comment into the ground. I seriously wasn't even reading what I put. I was too busy imagining Krotzer as Baby from Dirty Dancing and how I could do a lame photoshop of it.
I realise I need some brain bleach and I've successfully crossed the threshold of generally mad to absolutely stark raving bonkers goblin engineer mad.

What, cutaia and Matt Krozer are getting tired of ghostwriting them all?
Kira Oct 5th 2011 8:04AM
The Light and How to Swing It would be my choice. Everyone in my guild already comes to me for Paladin advice. Mostly for Protection and Holy advice, but still. I'm kind of like Rossi but with Paladins.

I'd want to write Ask a Faction Leader.
It would be fun and challenging to write from the point of view of a character someone else made up.

I could probably do an article for Raid Rx or The Light and How to Swing It. I feel that I'm an extremely knowledgeable holy paladin.
Mugutu Oct 5th 2011 8:11AM
I would love to write for Archmage Pants one week. Possibly a full mission statement for the Interracial Humanitarian Association of Tauren and Everyone in WoW Against Race Limits On Choosing Kinship with Sorcerers, and maybe some ways Fire could be fixed for raiding.

Also lots of Doctor Who references. Doctor Who references are cool.

Since I'm nowhere near qualified to write a class column or anything like that, I'd like to take over the "Today in WoW" thing, but do it more like "The Daily Show". Reporting WoW news and putting a humorous spin on it seems like it'd be a lot of fun.
So long as I didn't fall into the trap of ending every piece of news with "Angry players are already on the boards complaining about this change." ^_^
Allison Robert Oct 6th 2011 12:13AM
Eh, I'm nowhere near qualified to write *any* column on this site, but that never stopped me!
MattKrotzer Oct 5th 2011 8:14AM
The Care & Feeding of Warriors. Of course, you'd never see any information about Arms or Fury if I did, but it'd be fun to write about my favorite spec in the game: Protection Warriors.
I also wouldn't mind handling the Two Bosses Enter articles. Cutaia and I offered to take that over a while back when it had vanished into the Twisting Nether, but it's going pretty strongly now, with the exception of the ongoing VanCleef debacle. (Instead, we got tasked with writing everything else on the site.... right?)
MattKrotzer Oct 5th 2011 8:31AM
To be honest though, (as if it's any surprise to anyone) I'd most want to write The Queue.
Drack Oct 5th 2011 8:40AM
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Are you telling us you DON'T right all the articles here with Cutaia?
My God, everything I know is a lie!
loop_not_defined Oct 5th 2011 10:03AM
As someone whose heart has been Fury spec since vanilla...after trying Protection in BGs back in Wrath, I simply cannot imagine PVPing as anything else. It's just too much fun.
Bellajtok Oct 5th 2011 10:03AM
THIS IS MADNESS!
Maymer Oct 5th 2011 8:21AM
I wouldn't mind writing a few character study pieces in Know Your Lore, or a Tin Foil Hat Edition of something
Maymer Oct 5th 2011 8:57AM
Specifically, a TFH where we discuss the possibility that the Old Gods are in fact just one entity, and that Azeroth itself is possibly the main Old God
Tirrimas Oct 5th 2011 10:45AM
I guess that makes us...lice?
Ewww. No wonder they want to exterminate us so badly.
