I really wish they could change consecration. It would be an awesome holy power finisher and they could change the spell to work like GoAK; do a different thing depending on your spec. It could work as an aoe heal finisher for holy, as a mass taunt for prot and as an aoe dps finisher for ret.

And yeah it would be nice for HoW to be useable at all times but be very weak outside execute range. That way there would be a button to push at all times.
