I think the most elegant solution is a vendor in the major cities that will sell you items you 'unlock' on your account. Combined with the existing 'mail it all to a new alt' method.That way if you delete the thing, you can recover it. If you get it after you made the toon you can go grab it. And if you make a new toon, its all handed to you.The question becomes one of implementation.We know from the 'murky' vendors in Org and IF that they can have you redeem an out of game coupon code to get an in-game item (a blizzcon mini-pet in that case). The same works with the TCG items.So if they can get the fact that you have a BoA 'out' of the system and into your battle-net account, they can flip that back again and push it to the game once more, only account wide.
