Breakfast Topic: Did you accomplish your Brewfest goals?

From farming i365 trinkets to hoping against hope for one of the two special holiday mounts, there was certainly a lot to do during this in-game holiday. (Did you know that 99% of the Brewfest mounts go to 1% of the population? #occupythegrimguzzler) But what about you? How did you spend your time during Brewfest? Did you accomplish all your goals? Or are you bitter over the fourth consecutive year of battling Coren Direbrew with nothing to show for it?

I got the kodo and ram on the character I was just running to get a couple extra JP on, I got the broken bottle on every character except my undergeared rogue.
About par for the course.

I hear you ... I got daggers for Africa *except* on my rogues. 'Twas vexatious.
I also got nine Tankards, seven of which are sitting on my mage until I decide what to do with them. Two went to my enh shammy.

5 toons, 4 daggers... Guess which one didn't get a dagger? The rogue, of course!
Main already had the mounts. Alts got a few mounts. Hit 84 with my hunter with 3 hours to spare. Farmed for a bit over an hour to get his agi trinket. Thank goodness the event was extended from 11:59pm to 2am!!
Just hoping for the best come Hallow's End... 5 (or is it 6 now?) years of running that damn event on multiple toons, and none of them have the mount. /SIGH

I got both mounts on my main, just kodo on my alt.
Love the ram.

At least you got the mounts. I did it on two toons every day; got two daggers, two remotes, five tankards, and...no mounts :(

Same, my druid got the dagger 4 times, luckily they can be DE'd. My rogue has nothing, hasn't even been able to get troll daggers due to RNG and me hating the dungeons...
Got a few tankards, gave one to shaman to compliment a maimgord bite, but didn't feel like dual-wielding them. The achievement is lessened somewhat by the dirt cheap rates I'd seen on the mugs anyway. (500g and lower at various points)
Got a few mounts, the gnome that I wanted them on had them from last year, so the mounts I got were just a bonus.

Got pretty much everything I wanted. I don't care about the mounts because I use the Headless Horseman's mount preferentially anyways, so of course I got the Ram to go with my three Kodos. It was such an easy fight to tank, easily over a hundred runs with only ONE wipe (just out of TB as a PVP healer, hadn't put Righteous Fury and Devotion Aura up when the hunter pulled for me cuz he was really in a hurry, by the time I got them up healer was dead).
Really looking forward to Hallow's End because there isn't much else for me to do until the next ex-Pac ...

Lets see...
1. All my toons that had brewfest mounts from past years got them again.
2. Only one of my 9 85s that didn't have a mount from before got it this time. The one that was new to this year so she had an excuse.
3. All of my toons that can't use daggers got them, in spades.
4. My only toon that can use daggers that got one was a warrior. Um... yeah...
5. My alliance toons (where my shaman is only level 73) got mugs in spades.
6. After some days my goblin shaman did get the mugs, but when you wield them they clip through the floor. :D Oops
7. One toon got a keg pony even though most of my toons had the coins for it. I was -THAT BORED- with the rewards that I didn't even bother to show up to the vendor and buy stuff.
8. All my lowbies now have wolpertingers. This was really the big win for me. Gotta have a wolpertinger or you risk the delete button. :D Then again Wrath was out so long and Cata leveling is so fast that I don't have many lowbies left now. I remembered recently when dumping a stack of level 45+ toons back when a friend told me that if you've got a level 30+ toon, that's worth paying to transfer... hah.
9. Biggest achievement: I wasted a lot of time on content I don't even care for, to get rewards I don't even care for... because I'm a creature of habit and if there's a 'special event' queue option, I click it... So, 2 weeks later and now I have to "wake up with an event hangover" and see if I still have options for a raid spot on the guild roster... :D
Um, oh yeah. Got some new 365 trinkets. This time I didn't even bother taken the ones my spec can't use, even when everyone passed. I'd taken them the past few years thinking I needed them in my bags for something... And I deleted most of my ilevel 200 and lower ones finally...

I got 2 remotes, a kodo, 2 daggers (that I couldn't use), a tankard, every trinket they have ( I was running 5 toons through there). And of course, I got called "asshole" for rolling need on a tanking trinket for my warrior when I was in there in Arms spec doing DPS.

I wouldn't be surprised about the 1% figure (even if it's supposed to be a joke): The rogue who didn't collect a single shanker (tho the hunter got 4 and the pally got 1) had already collected a kodo last year before winning THREE this year. Winning a ram was the only reason I didn't scream long, hard, and pull what's left of my hair out.
Didn't help that my mage ran Coren at least two dozen times, saw the egg drop seven times in just one night (yippee), and didn't see a single stopwatch until midnight last night. If I hadn't been the only one who needed on that sucker the hair-pulling would've commenced.
Too bad we can't mail excess mounts to our alts.

Same deal... I ended up with 4 tankards (two are being wielded by my Shaman, and 2 are in the guild bank collecting dust) and a Ram mount (also on my Shaman, who pretty much only rides on Raptors).
I pretty much got 1 drop for each character (plus a bonus crap tankard), and no daggers for my little Rogue who I pushed through content just to get to the Brewfest boss.
And a buddy of mine didn't get a single drop...
I really wonder why the dagger was BoP... it would've been fantastic if it had been BoE like the tankard.

I've done Brewfest every year since the inception (Alliance three years, Horde this year on my main), and the only reason I have a mount is I actually did the big ticket grind for the mount the first year, so I unlocked the vendor. I wasn't even high enough level to get the fast ram in 2007, but I was able to buy it in 2008. Since then, I haven't seen hide nor... well, more hide of a kodo. :(

Pretty sure that Kodo are mammals, which means that they've got hair too. :)
Did I accomplish my brewfest goals? Still no mounts; a couple trinkets and one Tankard, but they're already far worse than the gear I'm using. Didn't bother getting the title on my other active level 85, nor did he win any trinkets (nor would they have been upgrades...), and the toon that I did most of the brewfest stuff on is still in the high 60s.

My priest got the kodo.
It's been four years and my main didn't, yet the most annoying kid in guild got three.
I'll be drowning my sorrows with the keg pony.

This year I didn't even get ANYTHING from the stupid kegs other than tokens. I expected the requisite tankard or dagger or something. Zilch.
Killed me when one group I was in one guy pulled out a kodo + dagger and another guy pulled out a ram.

@ Sleu Maybe I'll let you ride MY KODO some time! /point /laugh ;P
I've been doing Brewfest since it came out and this year i FINALLY got the kodo on my druid main and the ram on my rogue alt. Also nabbed a few daggers, tankards and duplicate remotes on my alt druid and shadow priest along the way.

Oh yes it is. 3 years now, and my main (who is also my mount collector) has no holiday mounts of any kind beyond the violet proto drake. None, not a one. No ram, no kodo, no headless horseman mount, nothing.
All of my lvl 85 alts have at least one. Some have multiple copies of the same one (my hunter has the headless horseman mount and 2 more reins sitting in his bank), while my troll druid has both the ram and the kodo, despite the fact that as a druid he will almost never actually ride them.
Its enough to make me want to go buy loot card mounts for my main just to overcompensate.

Yep, still no Kodo here.
I did get the Keg Pony, those were the only things I was going for. I mostly wanted the Kodo! :(
