Who's definition of bad?

Cause most people tying others to that burning stake would likely be lit up on it if forced to be judged by their own standards on any number of different days.

This kind of policies is -ALWAYS- actually enforced as: "no tolerance for mistakes I can blame on others, vigorous denial when blaming fails."
