That is Tier 5 the Cataclysm Set. Most of it is in SSC. Grab some friends and go beat up Lurker Below for the Tempest Strider boots, Morogrim for matching belt, and a short jaunt to Tempet Keep gets Loot Reaver to hand you shoulders.

The hardest part is farming the trash in the Caverns of Time Mount Hyjal raid for the Fists of Fury.
