How do you know they deleted the picture? Where else other than here are you seeing this picture?

Read the article. The original picture was taken and tweeted by an AI guy at Blizzard. He then deleted the picture from his twitpic account, but by that point, WoWInsider, and several other sites had copied it already.

Hrm, the article may have changed: "Looks like we know what's going to be in our goodie bags this year. We've gotten pictures of what appears to be BlizzCon swag for this year's attendee goodie bag. Last year, BlizzCon goers were given a Dethling statue in commemoration of Deathwing's return to Azeroth and Cataclysm's launch. This year's Diablo-themed statue would definitely make sense. No mention about being taken from a Twitpic account from a guy who works as AI in Blizzard. The coverup commences!
