I can't recommend both highly enough.

I'm pretty much straight alliance, but I have to give a tiny edge to the goblin zone; the combination of humor and pathos really worked for me.

However, Gilneas is epic as well.

Neither takes very long, so some time you have a couple hours free, definitely give one or both a shot; you won't regret it.
