Heh this is exactly where my guild is. We beat rag and were trying heroics but just gave up because nobody cared enough to waste hours wiping on a boss we could roflstomp on reg. When one of our healers left we just decided rather than bringing in another who would have to learn the fights to just nine man it. And holy crap raiding is actually challenging again, at least for our remaining healers.
