Yeah, that one made little sense, although fixing frost DPS would be better done by buffing Frostbolt or the like instead of Deep Freeze IMHO. Deep Freeze, as situational as it is, is the last place I want to see a major portion of our DPS coming from. I'd rather not have it be the case that we do great DPS on bosses... and only bosses. Keep the Deep Freeze nerf, buff something else to bring balance about.
