As a Resto Shaman, I have to respectfully say you have no idea what you're talking about. Yes, I COULD Flame Shock and Lava blast, but I'd actually have to go through my spellbook to find them. My job is not to hurt folks, it's to keep them and myself alive, neither of those spells fulfill that function, so they are nowhere on my bars. I will admit to having Frost Shock on my bars, but that's a survival spell, it slows down those nasty melee that try to murder me or my comrades.
