Nothing really interesting to me to be perfectly honest. All Diablo 3 stuff and Diablo is the one franchise Blizzard owns that I care nothing about at the moment. Pretty interesting that they aren't showing what the Starcraft 2 profile art is. It may have something to do with the WoW expansion and they were worried someone would get/leak their bags early so they must have something they REALLY don't want people to know about until THEY tell you... Hmmmmmm

Noob question, but did the guy try to put in the code for the SC2 Profile art or did it give him an error saying it isn't available yet?

Hmm, seems to me the SC2 portrait will be WoW related. And uh... I know it's blurred out and all, but the pixelated palette seems to suggest a panda.

Someone said the same thing on the site. I agree, it looks like a Panda.

Over on MMO-Champion, they have an image of the current BlizzCon "pet" card compared to last year's. Here: http://media.mmo-champion.com/images/news/2011/october/petCodes.JPG
Everything around the blurred edges of the new one looks extremely similar to the marine suit in the previous one. I have no idea what's in the blurred middle, but it doesn't look like much of anything to me....

Hm, what's the TCG stuff there? I think I recognized the picture, but I can't be sure.
Youmakemeret Oct 20th 2011 10:09AM
WTB list of TCG cards in the deck...

You can see from the way Diablo is in the centre of the pictures that D3 is gonna be the focus this year.

I'd love the Hogger wanted poster :D

Ok please correct me if my memory is wrong, but wasn't there an outrage from the community the first time they introduced a pet as a reward for attending Blizzcon? They said this is like real-money-transaction bla bla... and now a few years later it's kinda expected that Blizzcon comes with a pet.
What I wanna know more about is whether:
1. The community just had a knee-jerk reaction in anything that involves real money
OR
2. The community gave up on trying to question Blizzard's decision on that one
Drakkenfyre Oct 20th 2011 1:16PM
There has been a pet for every single BlizzCon except two, then it was a Murloc suit, and a mount.
I don't remember there being an outcry on the same level as the new bought pet.
Cyno01 Oct 20th 2011 1:01PM
Theres outrage whenever blizzard does anything. I think people have gotten over promotional and real money pets and mounts finally, realizing that they dont effect game play at all.
I dont buy em, but they dont effect me one bit. If blizzard started selling gear or levels or anything, then i'd take issue, but theyve held pretty firm on nothing game changing.

Recruit-a-friend -IS- selling levels.
