you are getting dual lockouts. one for pug (LFR) and one for managed (guild runs)

Well, in all honesty, don't you think Cata HC's are now more or less like Wrath-dungeons? I mean, in the normal HC's on my iLvl 366 DK tank I can quite easily pull and AOE-tank with no CC up whatsoever, just like in Wrath. I can only imagine what it's gonna look like with 378-items available to the masses as soon as they ding 85.

The Cata style of raids ARE the Wrath style of raids. There was one raid per tier (with the exception of the first tier with a couple). The Wrath ones had more bosses per tier, but other than that, one raid per tier.

Maybe you mean, will MoP have BC style raids? Where there were 2 or more raids per tier. T4? 3 raids. T5? 2 raids. T6? 2 raids (3 if you count SWP as "6" instead of 6.5").
