I saw it as quests the Heroics = Timed runs = Pve Senarios = Quest > raid find > N Raids >H Raids

There allowing solo content and 5 man content to be all equal rewards by just giving you valor points and different amounts so you can play how you want.

The you can start easy mode raids and progress from there.

They are marginalizing hard core players and giving alot more attention and resources to casuals and even bads.

This is a fantastic move
