It wouldn't make sense to have them since Pandaria has been hidden by mists for 10,000 year or something with some explorers apparently riding around on a giant turtle in the middle of the ocean. They weren't around for the Lich King to raise as undead.

He had an abundant supply of Horde and Alliance to use, why would he have needed to look for mythical Pandaren too?
