Interestingly, Death Knight isn't mentioned as an available class for Pandaren on the official website.Lore-wise it makes sense, of course, but they did tweak the lore for goblin and worgen DKs.

I wonder if they just won't allow Pandaren to have the option of being Death Knights. It makes a lot of sense, but then, Blizzard hasn't exactly stayed very logical in terms of what races/classes can do certain things lately.(I'm looking at you, Goblin Shamans)

It makes perfect sense for goblin DKs to exist, and their explanation for worgen DKs is acceptable. There probably should have been golbin DK NPCs in Wrath, as goblins have always been everywhere. As for worgen... I think it would have made more sense to have made them part of what would become the wolf cult in Grizzly Hills, instead of Shadowfang Keep escapees (aside from possible timeline issues.) But they aren't immune to necromancy, only resistant, and Sylvanas' vykrul only have the ability to raise humans. I also agree with there being no pandaren death knights. There were no pandaren in the parts of Azeroth that Arthas had access to, and Bolvar isn't minting new ones.

Goblin shamans are perfectly logical. If you think otherwise, you either don't understand goblins or shamanism. Given the amount of bargaining with spirits generally involved in shamanism, goblins should be naturals moreso than some other races.

Also a point on the website, Worgen and Goblin aren't listed in the options for Monks.
