On an entirely personal note: I have to say I'm quite a bit disappointed, I do find Chinese culture fascinating but...for me at least it just doesn't seem to have that WoW feel...
Maybe this IS a huge marketing ply to reap in subscriptions from China? Maybe Blizz just wants to take us away from the constant gloom and doom of previous expansions? I don't know...Not playing WoW at the moment, will wait to see how things unfold.
In my mind at least as someone who first heard of Warcraft playing WC III. WoW's story came full circle with the Lich King's death, the rest for me is just filler. Maybe its time to move one to another game...or maybe this expansion will utterly surprise me and make me want to play all over again...I guess we'll see.
