This is exactly what Blizz has been after since first revamping the talent system (and even before that, I would say). This is an AMAZING new talent system. If my mother hadn't taught me to be tolerant and nice, I would say that I question the sanity of anyone that isn't a fan of this. But rest assured that I'm thinking it.
