How many of you were blown away by the announcement of Cata 2 years ago, and found it was lack luster a month or two after it came out?

I certainly fell for Cataclysm, but at least I was interested in it for a couple months.
I have no idea what people are seeing in these bland environments. We went from an alien world, to the frozen Scourge strongholds, to the ravages of a Cataclysm, only to end up in the fields and bamboo forests of panda-people? There's no excitement at all involved.

TBH I wasn't blown away with the cataclysm announcement, probably because of the leaks. MoP, however, has me as giddy as a school girl. This can only mean good things.

Not me? Everything that blew me away about the Cata announcements delivered in game. There was definitely some disappointments in Cata but none of them involved anything I was excited about before it was released. Also the reason for ALOT of the Cataclysm disappointment is the fact that they put ALOT less focus on the "new" content then they had in the past expansions because they spent a ton of development resources on revamping the whole damn world lol. MoP won't have that issue so I expect it to end up being received far better.
