I'm with you, actually. I'm really excited for what this whole thing means at max level, but while I'm leveling up... no new ranks of abilities, talent points every 15 levels, and abilities only learned every other level (and to be honest, that's probably going to change too, since you're not going to get a bunch of abilities useable by other specs anymore). Looks like all of the excitement is going to be packed into a few leveling milestones, with all the space in between being dead levels. Too bad, really. Part of what I love about Cata is that you get *something* at nearly every level.
