Oh, yeah. Not having democray is such a wonderful thing. Here's a few things you should know about China. Did you know that in 2010 China averaged 274 protests A DAY?! .. and.. "the vast majority occur in the countryside among desperate and angry peasants, and are quickly suppressed and censored." They are beaten by Chinese security personnel as well as "hired thugs." Also, they are frequently held in so called "black jails" which are completely outside the criminal justice system.

There are also other groups that are discriminated against, such as adherents of Falun Gong, who have to endure large scale, LIVE, forced human organ harvesting, which takes place in places like chinese labor camps and prisons, to places like military facilities and even hospitals. Don't believe me? The UN Special Rapporteur on Torture issued a report in 2007. Here is one lovely little quote from the report: "After the organs were removed, the bodies were cremated, and no corpse is left to examine for identification as the source of an organ transplant." Let alone that evidence has surfaced of over 100 torture methods used by the police ranging from burning to electic shock, to sexual abuse and forced abortions, to even force feeding urine or feces.

You complain about people giving negative votes on this site, but at least we're not torturing, beating, or burning you to death for not liking pandas.
