Hey Matt, so what happens to talents like Blood and Thunder? I really like that talent actually so I'm kind of saddened there's no mention of it. You think they might incorporate it via glyph?

Or its just going to become baseline when picking the protection tree.

It's probably been moved to either class ability or spec ability. We're only seeing one third of the talent trees, Bliz hasn't shown any screens or details yet of the spec chooser or list of class abilities.
