The problem with giving witch hats and magical powers to a being as evil as a cat is that they tend to pull nasty tricks on you, like placing a huge tortoise in the cauldron in which you're currently bobbing for apples. "This scene happened by total accident as I was going to Azure Watch to take care of a certain headless monstrosity torching the locals," writes Thomixia of Revenge on Dragonmaw (US-A). "As I waited for his approach, I turned and Gunderson, my pet turtle, was taking a bath! He's not exactly a go-getter."
