I agree with your 5 reasons, I have my own that are somewhat similar:

1. Pandas wearing those straw hats

2. Seeing Chen Stormstout (if he makes an appearance)

3. Pandaran monks fighting shaolin style

4. Pandaren cooking recipes?

5. Stormstout alcohol/beer

Horde will be able to celebrate Brewfest honestly thanks to the Pandaren. Without Dwarves, theirs is just a pale reflection right now.
