Does Mr. Robot take diminishing into consideration for it's stat weights? (And, if it doesn't, is there any plans for this?)

We sure do take diminishing returns into account, automatically :) We also take the total avoidance cap into account. We have a "Prioritize CTC" option found in the lower left of the site, by the other check boxes. And finally, we also handle scaling of mastery for warriors as they get more of it.
