The text says it only for the raids introduced in Cata, excluding the Dragon Soul raid.

According to the article, only 4.0 and 4.2 raids will be affected by these changes, so I'd say yes.

my comment was in b4 the clarification by Zarhym. my curiosity was founded in the odd translation given at the time. so yeah, i read the article. -_-

I have no clue what this means....does it mean that all raids besides the Dragon Soul Raid will now have 2 resets per week. PLEASE DO THIS.
