I love DrDamage (http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/dr-damage) because I'm too lazy to make those calculations on my own each and every time a new variable comes up (gear changes, raid buffs/debuffs, level ups, etc). Plus, it means I don't have to consult a list of coefficients just to quantify my spells'/abilities' expected output. Having that information update on the fly helps me prioritize my casts/attacks outside of standard rotations.
