While the RPG books are considered non-canonical, they do list the Pandaren as reaching adulthood at age 80, middle age around 175, considered old at 263, and venerable at 350. This puts them as roughly the same lifespan as a blood elf.
How that will line up with the new lore has yet to be seen.

Well, the pandaren may be kind of loose in their sense of right and wrong, but I don't think we can make a judgment on their moral codes without knowing more about their beliefs...
...oh, wait. You said immortal...
