It's the first Sunday after the earth-shattering (wait, wasn't that the last expansion?) convention, BlizzCon. To those who went -- I hope you had the time of your life. Or at least year. To those who couldn't make it -- I hope to see you all in the future, and I hope you enjoyed the plethora of news and goodies that WoW Insider provided.
Time to sit back, shake off that jet lag, and enjoy the nectar of the creative community: comics!

I find myself wondering when the dividing line is for deciding what is a comic which belongs in WoW Insider and what isn't. NPC Comic for example no longer seems like a "gaming comic" for example.
Now Mary is welcome to do comics about whatever she likes, so this isn't supposed to be an "OMGWTF, her comic is bad" comment. Certainly many comics started as gaming comics and then moved on to other areas.
Rather, I wonder whether this is a case of my missing the point of what ties the choice of comics together.
Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Maybe if they're already in? LFG hasn't remotely resembled WoW since Strip 3 or 4, but The Noob doesn't appear.

LFG is based on the game, however. Just because it doesn't take place in Azeroth doesn't mean it doesn't belong.
But NPC, yes, it seems to have strayed far. Whether or not she is no longer as interested in WoW as she once was, maybe it's the fondess for the comic that keeps it in.
Maybe it's been included in the list because they feel she may go back to WoW, or at the very least, there's an occasional WoW comic? But then, there's other comics which have occasional WoW comics, and they get linked. Again, maybe it was because the comic started as a WoW comic, and they are keeping it in out of fondess.

Waaait a minute! :D The Black Dragons Chronicles is NOT down -- the post on the original Drunk Duck stated that one clearly -- we moved to http://tbdcomic.net16.net/ instead of rebuilding the site (which, sadly, can't be done, that's the reason we moved) and since then produced two strips already :P Next one on Wednesday. So yeah, last year we did a Secret Santa and I remember some people saying they would have hopped aboard if they had more time, I admit it was kinda last minute.
I may not be up to weekly updates, but I'm certain I can pull off a Secret Santa. I just thought I'd bring it up now to give ample amounts of time to people who want to participate.
