Like Lur said I used to love some of the small pop culture references. WoW is turning into the MTV of MMOs. Just a shell of it's former glory and full of junk forgetting what made it great. I'm hoping GW2 can bring back that sense of community, grand scale and something I look forward to playing after a long day. Just my opinion.

Oh yeah, Vanilla was so great that I couldn't raid because the spec I wanted to use wasn't raid-viable.Vanilla was so great that if you were a Druid, you were either a healer or GTFO. And if you were a Warrior, you were just a tank. Having 18 out of 27 specs be useless was so amazing!The game is still great, you're just sick of it and burned out with it after playing it for so long. Nostalgia is not a great way of measuring greatness.
