I thought that tier 13 wouldn't be purchasable with valor at all... though this may have been changed at some point...

Already fixed. Site is lagging. Meant to talk about tier 12.
11-01-2011 @ 11:11AM
Yup. The last I heard was that all T13 will come from boss drops, not VP at all.
11-01-2011 @ 11:26AM
I missed this. Does that mean VP won't be good for anything? Will you still be getting T12 with VP?
11-01-2011 @ 11:33AM
I thought you could by the same iLvl as T13 gear with VP, it just wasn't Tier (as in no set bonuses)
11-01-2011 @ 11:34AM
@ColleenWhile T13 will be limited to token drops, VP can be used to buy non-set pieces for most armor slots (appears to be all except shoulder)
11-01-2011 @ 11:39AM
You will get T12 from JP and get non-tiered T13 iLvl equivalent gear from VP
11-01-2011 @ 11:45AM
@ ColleenVP will be good for all sorts of tasty gear of the highest i-levels, just not tier pieces.

to clarify for Grovin, the gear will be normal ilvl (403) not heroic (410). I'm sure that's what he meant but I didn't want random readers to think they were getting the highest ilvl for VP.

Question for the Queue:For the Annual Pass it requires that we use a credit card to sign up, but allows us to use pre-paid cards (60 day game time) to actually pay for the service.I'm considering using a $5 Visa Gift Card as my credit card since I don't have one.... Is that Okay? I know that it is definitely not something Blizzard wants, but I just don't have a credit card. Either way, I bought the entire years worth of game time already just in case ($180!), but I'm kind of scared that the "credit card" I'll use isn't actually a credit card. Should I be worried? Is this something you recommend for someone in my situation where you know you will be playing but you don't have a credit card?I want a damn beta key!

And sorry that I'm just replying to the first post. This is a really important question and I don't want it to get lost in the 17 pages of comments. I'm sure a lot of people would like the feedback of people that worked at Blizzard.
